Complex AI collects the information you submit through the business diagnosis form, including your name, phone number, email address, business details, website, and business goals.

How we use information

We use submitted information to prepare your diagnosis, operate and improve the service, prevent abuse, email the diagnosis to you, and contact you about your request. If you separately opt in, we also use your email address to send a weekday AI news briefing. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the website, process diagnoses, store submissions, and deliver email. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. No online system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls and server-side credentials to reduce risk.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information by emailing walker.masonapple@gmail.com. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.
